You can do it both ways, you can "Sunryde Hub" or request for a pick up for $20. Important, returns must be submitted 7 days before the return date as per your rental agreement. The customer has to return the bike at Sunryde hub. You will be charged for the 7 days you had the bike. Don't hesitate to contact at customerservice@sunryde.com if you need any help or require an immediate return.If bike requires repairs what need to be done?
